Mental Health Partial Care Program

Taylor Care’s Partial Care Program (Partial Hospitalization Program/PHP) is designed for individuals with severe, persistent mental illness who either: have demonstrated an ongoing inability to function adequately in the community; have had a psychiatric hospitalization; or whose level of functionality poses a risk of hospitalization. The PCP program focuses on wellness and recovery and aims to reduce or eliminate the recurrence of hospitalization.

The highly structured day program is designed to help participants increase their overall quality of life through learned functioning.
