Substance Use Disorder Program

Taylor Care’s Substance Use Disorder Program is geared to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

The SUD program provides community-based, individualized treatment services with a multi-tiered approach, integrating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Taylor Care is committed to helping each participant to improve his or her well-being and quality of life, and ultimately to achieve their specific recovery goals. The program provides a safe and therapeutic environment that imparts clients with the tools and support necessary to facilitate empowerment, self-determination, and perseverance throughout the recovery process.

Partial Care and Co-Occurring programs ‎

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program is ideal for individuals who do not need medical detoxification or 24-hour supervision but are at risk of relapse and thus need to effectively address the underlying causative factors. Length of program participation varies, depending on each participant’s specific needs.

Outpatient Program (OP)

The Outpatient Program is designed for individuals and families who seek to address their substance use issues but are capable of managing their needs safely and maintaining stability in the community while participating in the program.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-12:40pm

Intensive Outpatient Night Program Groups:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 5:30 pm -8:40 pm

Outpatient Services – Program Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am -9:00pm
